HELLO, CHICAGO.

I am so thrilled to finally update my blog with my most recent work of two beautiful models! Introducing Samira and Hanna. Since I moved to Chicago in October, I got a day job and then I got an acting gig, and my photography has been neglected until now. But that's the great thing about having multiple passions and interests--they will always be there. So it was time to take my camera out for a spin and I was lucky enough to find a couple amazing Chicago models to start my photography career here! It was hard, but I picked out my favorites from their shoot and I hope you enjoy. Spring is finally here...almost!!!

Whew...it's been a long winter. But spring is finally coming along and I finally have time to schedule shoots again! My availability is still very tight, since it is in fact my last 8 weeks of college, but I am excited to get back into the game part-time!

Since I never posted these, I wanted to show you my favorites of Richkard's shoot I did a while ago. This guy is one of my best actor friends and has an inviting personality (which you can probably tell from these pictures). His laugher will fill the whole world up with musical sunshine and happiness (I'm not sure exactly what that means but go with it.). Basically, he was so fun to shoot with and I used him as a model to try new things with my work. You will see that I did some "studio-style" shots and I also played with different lighting. I love discovering new places/styles/techniques with people because we are human beings and always learning, right!!??!? Wow I am feeling extra cheesy today.

Anyway, thanks, Rich for being patient with me and being an awesome model!

This couple is probably the cutest couple I have ever seen. They were so natural and you could just tell that they loved each other very much. We went to 3 different locations with some pit stops on the way and shot all morning. I got to capture every moment of their cuteness!

Now this next location is very special because this is where the proposal happened! So, we spent a lot of time recreating a picture that they had on their phone from that day, and also playing around with poses and props!
